How will my trainer know what program is right for me?

Prior to getting started, our personal trainers will get in touch with you for a free consultation. During this time, our personal trainers will ask you questions about your fitness goals, past history with exercise, etc, to get an idea of what type of program is right for you. All of our personal training programs are specifically tailored to meet each client’s specific goals.

What about diet and nutrition?

Exercise is extremely important in achieving your fitness goals, however, proper nutrition can not be ignored. Our personal trainers are very knowledgeable in regards to diet and nutrition, and would love to help you create a diet plan.   • How often you choose to use a personal trainer
  • How long you decide to use a personal trainer (2 weeks, 6 months, 1 year)
  • Whether or not you choose to work one on one with a personal trainer or get involved with a small group of clients who work with a personal trainer together
